Predoctoral didactic and clinical teaching in Endodontics. Course director in at least one predoctoral Endodontics course. Clinical teaching in Endodontics Residency Program.
Provides clinical treatment for patients referred to the Department of Endodontics.
Research in biological science, materials science or biomedical engineering. Clinical research within the scope of the specialty of Endodontics.
Participates in continuing education activates organized by the Department of Endodontics and at the national/international level. Involves in service committees within the Dental College of Georgia
CODA approved certificate in Endodontics
Masters or PhD in biological sciences or materials science or biomedical engineering
Teaching license approved by the Georgia Board of Dentistry to practice clinical endodontics and teaching predoctoral and postdoctoral clinic.
DDS or DMD Degree required.
Board Certification in Endodontics (not a preferred requirement for recruiting purpose)
Telecommuting is allowed.
Additional Salary Information: Base line salary $95k with supplemental $20k for first 3 years while building faculty practice. Salary may be additionally supplemented by increased faculty practice production.
