Our ideal associate endodontist will have 1-2 years of endodontic experience with microscope training and possess excellent clinical and patient communication skills. About Endodontic & Implantology Associates
Dr. Prakash earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University in 2005. She completed her General Practitioner Residency (GPR) in New York in 2006 and practiced general dentistry in California from 2006 to 2007. Dr. Prakash then went back to Boston University where she received her postdoctoral Endodontic fellowship degree in 2009. Additionally she holds a faculty position at the University of the Pacific where she teaches post-graduate dental residents as an assistant professor.
Dr. Shirani graduated dental school in 1997 from the University of Southern California with OKU honors. In the pursuit of higher learning, he decided to continue with an optional Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency certification at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco and graduated from the program in 1998. He continued at USC in an endodontic residency program, which he graduated from in 2000. Afterwards, he received his implant fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Shirani entered into private practice limited to endodontics and implantology in 2000. He also serves as an associate clinical professor of end...odontics at UOP and continues to teach all facets of this specialty to advanced general dentistry residents.
