Opportunity now available to purchase an established endodontic practice.
I established Limited to Endodontics, now practicing as James M Tinnin, D.D.S., M.S.D., P.A., in 1978. Since that time, I have maintained a full time practice, 5 days a week, providing non-surgical, surgical endodontics as well as implant surgery for my referring doctors' patients. We have a large group of established referring doctors who consistently refer all endo and implant patients here.
I plan to phase out of the practice over the next 3 to 5 years. Presently, I see patients 4 days a week and plan to further reduce my schedule after I bring on an associate or sell my practice.
My office has recently been remodeled with the idea of having an additional endodontist on board. Digital radiography, CBCT, specialized surgical equipment, and surgical operating microscopes are just a few of the things that have made our office the top endo practice in the area. Our long-term staff is committed to the practice. Customer service, coupled with quality care, sets our practice apart from the rest. Over the years, my staff, our referring doctors and patients have become family.

Dr. Jim and his wife Debbie live in Fayetteville. They have six children and six grandchildren. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time together traveling in their truck to various parts of the US. Debbie is an avid gardener and you know who her yard man is. He takes every opportunity to spend time with his children hunting and fishing. Endodontics is a passion rather than a job, so he never has to go to work, he just goes to the office to play.
