We are a family-oriented, busy endodontic office that has built our reputation on providing the best possible care for patients. Our reputation, the quality of our work and our empathetic and respectful attitude has set us apart from other offices in the area. Our office is a state-of-the-art facility with CBCT, microscopes, Nomads, TDO software, and a highly trained team that makes the schedule flow smoothly and efficiently.
We are seeking an associate endodontist for either full or part time, with the possibility of partnership in the future. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate! In this position, you will have the freedom to define your own schedule and the patient flow to keep you as busy as you want to be from day one. We are offering a competitive salary package - a full-time associate should take home $500,000+ in the first year alone!
The right candidate should have excellent clinical and patient skills. You should also be open to learning how to work efficiently without sacrificing quality, how to work in a private practice endo office, how to communicate with referrers and utilize staff properly.
We are located in Springfield, Missouri, a laid back, mid-sized city surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ozarks. Springfield is large enough to have some of the benefits of city living, but small enough to have short commutes and a low cost of living.
