Established, growing and patient oriented private endodontic practice in beautiful Bellingham, WA is seeking a highly motivated associate with outstanding patient and clinical skills for a full-time position. Bellingham offers an abundance of nature, outdoor adventure and sweeping scenery from lakes to mountains and is in close proximity to Seattle, WA and Vancouver, BC.
Our office is a state-of-the-art facility with GentleWave technology, Cone Beam CBCT technology, digital radiography, microscopes, and a highly trained team. As an associate you will have the autonomy enjoyed in a traditional private practice without the additional financial and administrative burdens associated with practice management. Associates can focus on patient care instead of overseeing the business aspect of the office such as insurance, staff issues, and many other concerns that go along with running a business. This will allow you to spend more time with your family and do things you love, giving you greater work/life balance.
Qualifications
DDS/DMD
Certificate in Endodontics
Board eligible or Diplomats from an accredited endodontic residency
Washington State dental license or eligibility
Open-minded associate who can take the practice to the next level
Enthusiastic, compassionate, and patient centric
Efficient, growth-oriented individual with ability to learn through professional development and coaching
