COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Up to $30,000 Sign On Bonus
• Relocation Assistance
• Guarantee salary of $350k a year or 45% of production.  Our Endodontists earn $600k-$900k a year on full time basis.

EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND

• DDS/DMD from an Accredited University
• Endodontic Specialty Certificate from an accredited U.S Endodontic Residency Program
• Valid State Dental License
